Terry Schiltz

Terry Schiltz is a 30+ year serial entrepreneur with a passion for business, strategy, and executive leadership. He has overseen multiple successful small businesses from start up phase through to their successful acquisitions. Most recently Terry led AgSense, a small ag technology startup founded in 2003. Under his leadership AgSense grew into a global remote ag technology leader with 3 times the number of deployed devices than its nearest competitor. AgSense was sold to Valmont Industries (VMI) in 2020.

Throughout Terry’s career he has made it a point to develop strong relationships with financial partners like Skyline Capital. Those relationships were key to the success of his businesses.

“I’ve been on the clients side of this for 30 years with 4 different businesses.  There is no way I’d try to wade through the financial intricacies of funding and running a small business without a partner like Skyline.”
